And Another Blessing!
This is a very wonderful gift for Alyssa’s birthday. Just now, I received a mail and was wondering who sent it. Mark and my name are written in the envelope.
When I opened it, I saw the school’s name. Right after I read it, I closed my eyes and said a little prayer that this is not a letter of rejection, but an approval of our application. Then as I opened my eyes, I carefully read the content of the 1st paper I’m holding. And yes..thank God!
We have been offered a place for the Nursery!
This is a Catholic School which offers free education. I applied last June and they accepted my application even though the due date was March. I just explained that we just arrived from the Philippines so we were not able to apply earlier. This makes Alyssa be in the waiting list. We are already worried that she might not get into the nursery this September since schools are strict with their limits. And they said, a new born child should already be registered to have a place in the nursery.
But now that I already have the papers, all I can say is THANK GOD! And one more thing is, the date of our appointment is on SEP 03 and we’ll be going back from New York on SEP 02, so I said this is really for us..for Alyssa. And I got the letter July 29, one day before Alyssa’s birthday.
Such a wonderful gift for my little girl. She’s so excited to go to school. I’m sure she’ll love it!
