After the ipad launch on April 3 this year, hubby has already been dreaming of having his ipad and even getting ready of all the ipad accessories he fancies. He still waited until June to really experience it and his eagerness to buy it has been triggered more. The only thing that’s been holding him back is the fact that it’s cheaper in the US so why buy here in the UK. He’s waiting for his US based friend to come over, but until now she hasn’t had a chance. Then come the rumors that Apple will soon be launching a smaller version and a better one. So hubby decided to just wait because he said the rumor’s probably true.

After a few months of not hearing him say anything about it, just this afternoon he mentioned it again. He even thought I already ordered one for him and that it’s soon to be delivered. And I say, “Oh, dream on!”

…and counting. We were still in the Philippines when hubby purchased it and I can still remember hubby’s lines when he first called to announce his grand expense, “Mum, I’ve done something I’m sure you won’t like”, of course I know it’s some kind of his funny whatnots and so I took it lightly, but when he said, “I bought a 42 inch Samsung HDTV“, I blurted out, “WWWHHHAAATTT?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?” But of course what else can I say or do? It’s already installed in his flat with the home theatre and all, most of all I can feel how happy he was with his new TV. He said he didn’t consult me first because he knows I won’t allow it and yes, he’s definitely right.

Now that it’s been giving us good entertainment for 3 years, all thanks to my beloved hubs. It’s still in its excellent condition, except for the DVD player, but the color quality hasn’t changed a bit.
