Flat Iron Borrowed for a Year?
Oh, YES! It seems like we only borrowed our flat iron for a year. Why? Well, because our favorite shop, Argos, is one of a kind and indeed an A+ customer service that they accepted the flat iron we returned before it turns 1 year old.
The flat iron we bought is a Russel Hubbs brand. It’s not the best in line, but I believe it should do the job of straightening the clothes which it failed to do, though using it for a year is not bad at all. =)
We tried asking for an exchange, and VOILA! No questions asked… We got our money back! Since we got the item on sale, they can’t give us an exchange only a Gift Card to be used for any other purchase.
And here’s what I got to replace my old one… It still doesn’t do the job very well, but better than the first one as it’s a bit heavier so there’s no need for a full effort to press.
