Last July, Barclays launched this cycle hire here in London and I was able to see it myself when we stroll in the city last month. Boris Johnson, London’s former mayor initiated this scheme before he left office and hopes that this will be as popular as black cabs and red buses. Aside from it being economical, it also promotes good health as people tend to have an exercise to and from work.

Bicycles are used as transportation by many, even before cycle hire was launched.

This is the miniature metal buildings of More London Place. It is a famous tourist spot and we’re lucky to see the whole view from the 9th floor of 1 More London Place, hubby’s office.
